          Annual Meeting:  Tuesday, October 5   7:00-9:00 pm
			at the South Congregational Church
			(adjacent to the Munson Memorial Library)


This is your official notice of the annual meeting. Come and hear all about
what is going on and bring up any topics you feel should be addressed. The
board is reviewing the bylaws this year and might present some changes for
you to vote on at the annual meeting.

We hope to make more active use of this website in the coming months. We
will post the minutes of each board meeting on the site as well as the
current newsletter.  The minutes are also available in hard copy by request.
There will also be an ALERT section for current issues we should be informed
about. 

For example, there was a bracelet reported found. Have you lost a
bracelet? Contact Therese Maguire at 253.2453 about the bracelet.

Please be sure we have your e-mail address so that we can alert you of
things to check. We may do some of our communication by email from now on.

The nominating committee finds there will be no vacancies in the slate for
officers and directors for the next term. 

Dues will be increased for the first time in over 15 years. The dues amount 
for the year 2004-5 will be the very reasonable amount of $100.
